Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OmyaAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. OmyaAI Ltd reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice.

2. Service description

OmyaAI is a SaaS platform providing ISO 27001 compliance tools including AI-assisted document generation, a risk register, an audit room, a readiness assessment tool, and an AI assistant. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a business user to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • One account per natural person. Organisation accounts may share access under an Enterprise plan.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the platform or its outputs.
  • Upload malware or harmful files via the evidence upload feature.

6. AI-generated content

AI outputs (documents, checklists, risk assessments, etc.) are provided for informational and drafting purposes only. They do not constitute legal or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, customising, and validating all AI-generated content before use in your organisation.

ISO 27001 certification requires working with an accredited certification body. OmyaAI does not provide certification services or guarantee certification outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of data you upload or create in OmyaAI. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service. OmyaAI's platform, documents, and AI models are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

8. Availability and SLA

We target 99.5% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with at least 24 hours notice. Enterprise customers receive a formal SLA agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmyaAI's total liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or failed certification outcomes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, including non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
