We want you to be satisfied with OmyaAI. This policy explains when you can receive a refund and how to request one.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan (Document Pack, AI Plus, Pro, Enterprise).

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us at support@omyaai.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Refund request”. We will process refunds within 5 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

Annual subscriptions

For annual Pro subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window, we offer a pro-rated credit for unused months, applied as account credit (not a cash refund). Contact support to request this.

Document Pack (one-time purchase)

The Document Pack is a digital product. Because documents are made available for download immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal under consumer law does not apply once you have downloaded any documents. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only if you have not downloaded any documents.

Exceptional circumstances

In cases of technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the service, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis regardless of the above windows. Please contact support with details.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to OmyaAI
  2. Go to Account → Subscription
  3. Click “Manage billing in Stripe”
  4. Select “Cancel plan” in the Stripe customer portal
